Privacy Policy

The Privacy Policy applies to the services of mobile applications provided to you by LLC "MALVO GAMES" ("we", "us", or "our") and defines how we collect your personal information. We will collect your personal information as necessary and in accordance with laws and regulations. We will make every effort to protect your information from disclosure, damage, or loss using reasonable and effective information security methods and management processes, as well as appropriate security measures. We hope to clarify how we strive to protect your personal information through the Privacy Policy outlined below.

The Privacy Policy is updated at least every 12 months.

Privacy Policy updated: 01.09.2025

Please read the Privacy Policy in full. If you have any questions regarding the Privacy Policy, you can contact us at the email address provided here.

By using or continuing to use our products and services, you agree to the contents of the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of the Privacy Policy, immediately stop using our services.

Here is a more detailed version of the privacy policy points:

1. Collection of Personal Information

If you create an account via Google, we store your unique Google identifier. This is necessary for the proper functioning of the application. If you do not wish to use Google authentication, you can log in locally – in this case, we generate a unique identifier for you.

During the operation of the application, technical device data (model, serial number, etc.) required for its functionality may be processed. However, this data is not transmitted to third-party servers and is not used for user identification.

2. Data Processing

All data necessary for the application’s operation is transmitted via API and encrypted. We do not transfer, sell, or grant access to your data to third parties.

The application may temporarily store technical data necessary for its operation, but after the session ends, this data may be deleted or reset.

If you wish to delete your account, you can submit a corresponding request via a special link.

3. Device Authorization

To access the application, the user can create an account via Google or log in locally. If an account is created via Google, we collect the Google identifier to ensure the application's operation. In case of local authorization, a unique identifier is assigned to the user.

The user is responsible for safeguarding their authentication data, such as their Google ID or local identifier. If these credentials are lost, access recovery is possible through the appropriate procedure, including a request for deletion and restoration of account data.

The application may link account credentials to a specific device to prevent unauthorized access. In case of a device change or app deletion, reactivation of the account may be required.

4. Sharing, Transfer, and Disclosure of Personal Information

We do not collect users' personal data and do not share personal information with third parties. All data required for the application's operation is processed locally on the user's device.

We transmit necessary information via API, but all data is encrypted to ensure security. We do not sell or transfer information to partners, advertisers, or other companies.

In cases required by law, we may be obliged to provide access to certain information to government authorities upon an official request. However, this applies only to technical device data if such data is processed within the application's operation.

5. Retention Period of Personal Information

Since our application does not collect personal data, no personal user information is stored.

If the application temporarily processes technical device data (e.g., for authentication or settings), it is stored only for the duration of the session and is deleted after it ends or upon logout.

If certain technical device data is stored within the application to enhance user experience, it can be manually deleted by the user through device settings or by resetting the application.

6. Protection of Minors' Information

Our product and application are not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not collect, store, or process data of underage users.

If we receive information that a minor has attempted to use our product without parental or guardian consent, we may restrict access to the service and recommend contacting support for resolution.

Parents or guardians who believe that a minor has gained access to the application in violation of this policy may contact us with a request to delete any associated data if such data has been processed.

7. Personal Information Protection Measures

We place great importance on data security, even though we do not collect users' personal information. Our application implements the following measures to protect account credentials and other technical parameters:

Users are encouraged to keep their login credentials secure and not share them with third parties.

8. Storage of Personal Information

Since the application does not collect or store users' personal information, no data is retained in our databases.

Technical information that may be required for the application's operation (such as the device's serial number) is stored locally on the user's device and is not transmitted to remote servers.

Upon deletion of the application, all data that may have been stored in its local memory is also automatically erased.

9. Cross-border Transfer of Personal Information

Our application does not involve the transfer of any users' personal data outside the country of their residence.

Since data processing occurs exclusively on the user's device, information is not transmitted to servers abroad, nor is it used for cross-border storage or analysis.

All connections that may be made by the application (e.g., for device authentication) do not involve the transmission of personal data and use secure encryption protocols.

10. User Profiles and Automated Decision Making

Our application does not use user behavior analysis mechanisms and does not create so-called "user profiles" (profiles based on activity).

We also do not use automated decision-making processes that may affect the user experience, including:

All user actions in the application are performed manually without the influence of artificial intelligence or machine learning algorithms.

If automated decision-making processes are introduced in the future, we will notify users in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

11. Rights Regarding Personal Information and Their Implementation

Since we do not collect personal data from users, the implementation of rights related to the processing of such data is not necessary. However, if the application introduces features involving the processing of certain information, users will have the following rights under applicable legislation:

Since the application currently does not involve the processing of personal information, these rights do not need to be implemented.

12. Changes to the Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. In the event of changes:

Continued use of the application after the Policy update signifies the user's acceptance of the changes. If a user does not agree with the new terms, they have the right to discontinue using the application.

13. Contact Us

If you have any questions regarding this Privacy Policy, wish to exercise any rights, have any requests for discussion with us, or have any unresolved complaints, please send an email to our Data Protection Office.

Upon receiving your email, we will make every effort to respond within one month from the date of receipt. We appreciate your patience and understanding. Given the complexity and volume of requests, the response period may be extended by an additional 45 days if necessary. In case of a delay, we will inform you of the reasons for the delay.

If you disagree with our handling of your personal information, you may submit a mediation request or other inquiries to the data protection regulator in your jurisdiction.
